This manual turntable is used for cable cars. The car enters on the near track, gets turned around, and exits in the opposite direction on the far track.
The Musee Mecanique is an arcade/museum of coin-operated, mechanical novelties at Fishermans Wharf.
Laughing Sal is the museum's mascot.
